      Sleep Par.

      Ok first sorry if this has been asked before ,
      Ok so when i am just about to go to sleep i am in my bed and SP kicks in when i am awake so where do i go from SP into a LD ? do i remain clam do i count numbers in my head ?

      Remaining calm will really help. If you focus too much you might get out of the SP, so maybe something simple like counting numbers could help.

      Just try to stay 'aware' and not slip into unconsciousness, I think the dream will show up by itself, I think.

      When I enter an SP after a period of time I'll get a lot of swirling colors, then I'll suddenly appear in a dream. From there I go to do what I want.

      This depends a lot on what you prefer. There are several techniques for transitioning into a dream.

      The best one, IMO, is to wait for hallucinations, then move. If hallucinations don't come by, provoke them by playing with your tactile feelings.

      If you believe you are in SP, and you are able to imagine yourself standing up in a completely different scenario, then it means you're deep enough to start dreaming. For that, just ignore the notion you have of your bedroom, and move. You will be moving your dream body.

      The only problem is that when SP kicks in my heart beats so fast i should be used to it because ive had SP about 5 times lol but everytime it happens i focous to much and just move but i will try to remain calm next time and wait untill the hallucinations
