Head Vibrations

I used to get intense head vibrations on a virtually nightly basis a few years ago, and this always led to lucidity. I no longer get them and subsequently struggle to become lucid. Does anyone know what this phenomenon is and how to re-attain it?

I dont but im sure somone else does, you can easily become lucid without it thought like everyone else :-)
