nah i dont know, all that mild wild fild pild stuff confused me lol so i just relied on the one and only source - my brain.
I lay down in bed and told myself yeh ill have a lucid dream where i will get chased by a killer, i will confront him and speak to him, i will fight with him if need be

then i lay comfortably on my side and relaxed thinking about the scenario where i wanted the dream to be held
doing all this while breathing normally and relaxing
dozed off
was a teenager who tried cocaine and go addicted, my life started falling apart. i did cocaine 6 days a week
erh thank god i woke up

yeh i had lucid dreams before
its just that i wona be able to decide when i want them
lucid dream is just where u control what u do in a dream right?

No, a lucid dream is where you know when your dreaming. a DILD is a Dream initiated Lucid Dream and theres also WILDs, those are Wake Iniciated Lucid Dreams. Many people think that lucid dreams are when you can change what happens in a dream. i think you can Vividly dream by eating cheese though, making it -slightly- easier to control your Lucid Dreams

No, you have to know that you are dreaming. While lucidity and control usually accompany each other, it is possible to have control without lucidity.

anyways yea a lucid dream is when you are aware that you are dreaming, not just being able to control it.

I don't see how the techniques confuse you, just read on them more until you understand. Read the WILD and DILD techniques.

Hmm... Isn't that the same thing as normal dreaming? I mean you always are controlling your dream, whether you know it or not, because your brain is controlling it.
