Dream the impossible.
If i wake up and i haven't had a lucid it's about the same 3,4,5 because i realise that i have wasted an entire night having non lucids when i could have been lucid doing anything imaginable. But if i have a lucid dream it can shoot from a 3 to a 9. I wake up in a great mood and it stays for the rest of the day. |
Yeah. I feel like a 10 when I wake up after being lucid. |
normally I am a 4 5 or 6, after a lucid dream I'm around 6 7 or 8 |
I think lucidity really change your state of mind as well. You're controlling the chaos in your head and the next day I find my head and perception somehow more, refined? |
Normally I'm about a 5/6. |

I was just discussing this phenomenon with a friend last night. Here's his question and my reply: |

It depends on how high the level of lucidity was, what I was able to do, etc. Most of the time I feel between a 6-8. |
