      at Sleep Paralysis stage - what now

      yeh im at the sleep paralysis stage
      what do i do now

      Once you get SP you....... wait.......... until you hit Vertigo and then after that is a dream.
      Unless of course you are doing this after being awake for a long period of time then you may have to wait a very very long time for a dream to onset. However if you hit SP after doing a WBTB then you just wait for a short while until you hit Vertigo and then you will enter a dream.

      ahh damn lol cause i got in sleep paralysis after a long day - as in, i want to bed and stood still and got to that stage lol

      From my experience I have rarely had a successful WILD after having been awake for a long time, however if I try to do a WILD after a WBTB it will usually prove to be successful.

      Also from my experience if you try to do a WILD after having been awake for a long time you will get stuck at the SP stage or the stage right before it I.E. heavy/numb body, electrical pulses, etc.

      okay so i go to sleep and set my alarm 6hours ahead then get up and wild
      the thing is i tried that already - but i dont know i guess i fall asleep and dream normally
      why
