      A question about my WILDs

I've been having WILDs for a while now. At first i used to have to do all of the techniques like relaxation and focusing on HI, but see, now, it happens in the weirdest way. I'll go to sleep normally, not even trying to WILD, and i fall asleep, except, a little while later i come back to being awake but i feel those incredibly intense vibrations in my body. Then i do what i normally would do at this point to enter the dream (I always pretend I'm on a roller coaster. The reason why i do this is that it helps me because it connects the vibrations you would feel from being roughed up on a roller coaster (tactile) with the vision of the roller coaster track ahead of me (visual).)
So anyway, my question is, how is this happening without my intention, and is it really considered a WILD, because i feel the sensations, and i feel myself going into the dream, its just that theres this black area where i dont know what happened, and then i feel the sensations.

I have a similar thing going on, you could say it's an accidental WILD. I'm not sure what triggers it in your case, but for me, it's a combination of beeing a light sleeper, willpower and habbit (I like to call it an accelerated WILD). Anyways, count yourself lucky!
