      out of practice

      i was trying to go lucid alot over the summer. now i'm nine weeks into the school year and i've decided to get back into it.

      do you think i'll be out of practice?

      There's a good chance you are.. unless you have some "natural" ability to lucid dream.

      Lucid dreaming (for most of us) is skill that needs to be worked on.. if you don't use it.. you could become "rusty".

      Have you kept your recall up? That will play a big part in how fast you can get lucid again.

      And how good did you get before you took a break. If you already know exactly how to get yourself a good LD, then you ought to be able to pick it up again quickly.
