      My AP chem teacher told me to get out of the lab if I smell almonds. This could lead to some bad nightmares.

      Anything small, hard and possibly with a distinct taste might do it. I'd recommend a boiled sweet but you'd spend the whole the time trying not to crunch it...

      I think very dangerous method maybe it could be modified to concentrating on peanut (or anything) just in your closed hand.
