Well..first and foremost is relaxation...taking on the attitude of "I'm going to enjoy the ride"...because once your at that stage...that's what it's like, a journey through you own head. When you feel those dizzy spells and sp comeing on again..begin to imagine..very very slowly at first, slowly floating...feel the sensation as best you can...and imagine a scene to go with it...don't worry if nothing appears..as long as your relatively still, you should begin to at least see a faint dream scene soon. Don't worry if it doesn't work. Take a break, don't get frustrated...try again and experiment the next night....(or whenever you have free time) you're certainly almost there...relax..think of what you want to happen, and let go...it will. What happens to me sometimes is dreaming that I'm attempting to enter a dream conciously...and having a lucid dream within a regular dream...something will come along...keep at it, but if you feel srustration, don't sweat it..take a break for a few days..then try a slightly different way, and it doesn't necessarily have to be a set method, only you know yourself best, so play around and work on yourself.
