      SP question... weird feeling in chest

      Well, I finally got as far into SP as I ever have, I don't know just how far it was... but wow.

      Okay, so I tried a few times... keeping in mind the "How to trick your body into falling asleep while your mind is awake" thread. I never did, however, feel that huge urge to move, I don't think, but I still think I got into SP, or very very close.

      Anyway, as I was relaxed and the numbeness was growing, a few times I felt a really weird feeling in my chest. Not the tightening or heavyness as people describe, but rather the exact opposite. I felt like something was coming OUT of my chest.... just like this numbing fountain... it's really hard to describe, but it was more like a loosening then a heavyness, a wave of lightness directed outwards from my chest.

      And then, after I got this a few times... I felt this... just... huge wave of heavyness come over me... it felt like everything was caving in... and my heart just uncontrollably started beating really fast... I moved and i felt out of it. However, after I moved, I still felt like my body retained a lot of the heavyness I had felt when I was getting into SP.

      Can someone tell me what that feeling in my chest was, and whether or not I was in SP, and just any other commentary or advice they would like to give?

      Well from what I heard (and I am by no means an expert) if you could move at all you were not really in SP. I know what you mean about the rapid heartbeat though. That happened to me my very first time trying to WILD. It really scared the crap out of me but luckily has not happened since. Everyone told me it was just excitement or fear causing it. I certainly did not feel that way at the time, but maybe it was.

      Have no idea, but i figure SP is being unable to move. SP is AWESOME!!!!!! well, when you know it's SP it is, atleast.
