      Reading dreams

I have lots of dreams about people i dont know dying within my dreams. Is this good or bad? These i treat as dream signs to know when or when i'm not dreaming. is that a good or bad idea?

How or why are they dying? Are you killing them... or just watching them get killed, or are they dying of an illness... old age... ?

Not sure what you mean by using this as a dream sign... could you elaborate?

You use people's death's as dream signs? Wouldn't that mean this occurs in real life then? Maybe I read wrong so prehaps you should go into more depth.

something that happens in a dream doesnt have to also happen in real life to be a dreamsign, its just more convenient so you can do reality checks when they do happen in real life. if something happens in a dream that doesnt happen in real life it can still be a dream sign, its just harder to use

Consider Evangel's questions. What are the circumstances surrounding these deaths?

Generally, in a dream, death doesn't necessarily mean death. It could signify the end of something, and the beginning of something else. A phase in your life or something like that.

IS there someone you know in real life that died recently who had significance for you? Or is a friend or family member very sick and at risk of dying? Sometimes we fear a loved one will die, and as a protective measure we see someone else dying.

Are the people who die in your dreams also close to you? Or do you have a great fear of dying that you're aware of?

I personally try to use some kind of supernatural behavior (like flying, or running very fast, or using my mind to move things) as signs to tell whether I'm dreaming or not. These take some practice, but once you get better at them, you can tell right away whether you are awake or not. I would say that using death as a dream sign is probably a bad idea. Seeing a lot of death often indicates fear or anxiety of some kind which is not good. I'm saying this from experience -not from book knowledge -I am no expert, but would guess that any dream that has death in it is likely a manifestation of anger, fear, or some other deep negative emotion. If you think that's what it is, you'll want to pinpoint the source of the emotion so that you can deal with it as soon as possible and move on. If I'm off the mark, maybe you'll need to elaborate some more if you want, or just disregard this ...

So it is as I suspected. The deaths of your two family members and a fear that it could strike againis likely causing the deaths in your dreams. Maybe you need to come to terms with those losses.
