why not just ASSUME you're dreaming every time you remember to RC? I mean, don't try to ask: "Am I dreaming yes/no", just "I am dreaming". |

I used to be the same way, to where things that weren't normal would not wake me up in my dreams I'd just continue dreaming. You need to get into the practice of doing reality checks to the point to where when you see anything weird at all you instantly do a reality check. If you thought you heard something strange? Do a reality check. If you see something is misplaced in your house/room/wherever do a reality check. |

I've done the same thing, especially the video game part. I go flying and convince myself that I'm using a flycam. Sometimes it even makes me loose lucidity. |

Hehe, yeah that's pretty normal. I'll have incredibly ridiculous things like that happen to me as well, and not even question the reality of it. But in some dreams you have a low level of consciousness, I guess. |
