      Arrrg!

So i've been trying to WILD a lot recently, but with very little success...

Every time i do, it seems like my legs get so uncomfortable i'm almost to the point of pain. I know about the whole body trying to send your mind messages to shift position and such, but this is something that hasn't happened before, but has been troubling me the last couple times i've tried.

      Anyone have any ideas?

I have been working on having WILDs, too. I have also experinced the "pain" of my body trying to get me to move. I have found that I have the best luck if I go for about a mile walk before bed. Then I sleep for about 4 hours. I get up for only 5 minutes or so, but make sure I pee before I head back to bed. Then I focus on calming my body for a few minutes for, just repeat, "I am comfortable," or something like that. After that I just ignore whatever my body does to try to get me to move. That routine has helped me with the pain sentations.

      Good luck!
