      Diving Back In

      Hello, everybody.

      In case you hadn't noticed, I've been elsewhere for the past few months, but recently, I've started keeping my dream journal again, and I've been having some dreams that suggest that my brain's finally ready to unscramble itself and start producing sensible content.

      So, I was wondering: has anybody got any suggestions for breaking back into LD'ing? Should I just dive right back in, or are there some metaphorical stretches I could do so I don't pull some metaphorical muscle?

      Keep working on your journal and your Dream Recall. Try some of the simpler techniques, like DILDs, before jumping into more advanced techniques, like WILDs.

      Ha, ha. That's cute. I'm in the same boat. It's probably right to guess that working on dream recall for a while would be the best place the start. I already knew that, but until I just read it, it didn't totally click.
