      Thumbs up DreamViews Lucid Mix

After thinking about some combinations from Herbals to Techniques, i have thought about creating our own type of Lucid Dream Mix.

What we all do is Name all of the herbals even chemicals and Techniques that we know of getting into Lucid dreams and combine them if possible and take it as a one hit or at once try them all.

So for example From all the things you can think about that could give you better results for Recalling, more vivid and lucid dreams, such as a Lucid Dream Mp3 Track, To Herbs/plants/Chemicals and finally techniques and things we can try.

So everyone and i mean everyone pitch in with everything you can think of that would help achieve a Lucid dream. And after a bunch of posts and so on, i will gather all your ideas, re edit my post and have them as a mix to try for everyone.

They don't have to be a combination mix, just post ANY thing you think that could get you into a Lucid dream. If its a Mp3 track please try to provide us with the link to it, and if its a Herbal please provide a site link which you normally buy from, if not then that's ok and technique could be ANYTHING even if it was already posted before or not your technique, post it anyways.

This MP3 is perfect to meditate to, relax to, or play through sleep.
It goes for 30 mins and is so calming and peacful. No hard sounds or clangs.

      I recommend you try this:

      http://www.4filehosting.com/file/847...Waves-mp3.html

(Click on the link, type in the security code and hit "submit", on next screen you will have to wait 30 seconds, then hit "download file" (initially pale yellow) just above the view screen on the left (wait till it turns blue)
      - not the Google ad or "start now" link, look lower)
      REALITY CHECK

I find that the best food at inducing lucid dreams is ice-cream. I had 4 the other night after eating ice-cream, and have had success with it before. Also flamin hot flavour wotsits used to give me lucid dreams very frequently, i think it had something to dowith the hot flavour. (spicy foods are meant to help induce lucids)

Blue Lotus is a perfect herb to dream. It is an opioid and apart from its very pleasurable primary effects, it evoked the longest lucid dream I had so far. Because of its unknown long-term effects and the danger of psychic addiction it should be used very reasonably though, maybe once a month, but not more. The effects can easily last about 12 hours during which you should not drive, etc.

To enhance dream recall, a tea of Salvia Divinorum works well for me. This has a mild primary effect that lasts about an hour, the secondary effect - as I regularly experienced - is a strongly improved dream recall. It may be that SD is prohibited where you live, also long term effects are not known, though it has been used in native rituals for quite a long time with no ill effects. There is virtually no risk of addiction. Don't use extracts, use dried leaves for tea or chew fresh leaves.

I tried various other herbs, but related to dreams those two gave me the best results.

Calea zacatechichi (mexican dream herb) was completely useless to me, though I took a ~60g dried leaves. Besides it tastes really dreadful.

      5-HTP gives REM Bounce.
I had one before bed last night.
No dreams before 4 to 5am then 2 DILDs between 5 and 9.

Can say for sure if the 5-HTP assisted with the same.
But for sure I had no dreams, lucid or otherwise, before the 2nd part of the night.

I have to say, I didn't notice a huge difference with the Calea herb. I got used to the taste and almost enjoy it but no real effects. My dream call may have gone up a one dream but it could be just that I'm paying more attention now.
