No way to stop it, it's a natural part of sleeping. And you don't want to stop it, otherwise you'll seriously hurt yourself... |

You just dream a regular dream (non lucid) and then you feel SP happening? It's happened to me a ton, and it always wakes me up. |

Explain to me in DETAIL, your experience. Sensations, thoughts, emotions and so on. I've never heard of anyone experiencing what you are describing before. |

you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

One time, I was in a non lucid dream where I was talking to my friend, then all of a sudden he starts screaming at me and I feel the SP feeling in my dream, then I wake up. I always hear a growling or buzzing sound when it happens, and i start vibrating a lot. |

Starting afresh June 15 2010:
Since then:
1 DILD
usually when i have nightmares, i want to wake up right away. somehow i know i am dreaming. but that ends leaving me in a sp. no noises, no images, just darkness and inability to move. if i stuggle long enough i will wake up. but my first ld happened when i gave up the urge wake up, and had a false awakening, looked at my hands and realised i was inside of a dream. |
