      Is it common if...

      You just dream a regular dream (non lucid) and then you feel SP happening? It's happened to me a ton, and it always wakes me up.

      Also, I never in my life got SP before i tried to get it, now since the first time I got it, I get it almost every night. It's driving me crazy! Is there a way to stop it from happening?!?

      No way to stop it, it's a natural part of sleeping. And you don't want to stop it, otherwise you'll seriously hurt yourself...

      Just accept it! I like the feeling personally

      Explain to me in DETAIL, your experience. Sensations, thoughts, emotions and so on. I've never heard of anyone experiencing what you are describing before.
      you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

      One time, I was in a non lucid dream where I was talking to my friend, then all of a sudden he starts screaming at me and I feel the SP feeling in my dream, then I wake up. I always hear a growling or buzzing sound when it happens, and i start vibrating a lot.

      Another time, I'm looking at someone (can't remember who) and I squint my eyes at them. Then all of a sudden my head feels like it is numb, it's a very hard feeling to describe, I didn't feel it happen to my body this time, just my head.

      Also another time, I walk into this room in a non lucid dream and it feels like i've been shot, but then I feel the SP feeling and wake up.

      Seriously guys, this is horrible and is really messing my sleep up.

      Also, does anyone else get a sick to your stomach feeling very briefly before the vibrating happens? Here is what happens to me. I hear a feint growl sound, kind of like a wolf growling, then I get a sick to stomach feeling which goes away in like 1 second. After that I vibrate like crazy.

      SP=Sleep Paralysis.

      It's what your body goes into while entering the REM stages of sleep so that you don't get up and kill yourself while dreaming. More or less.

      usually when i have nightmares, i want to wake up right away. somehow i know i am dreaming. but that ends leaving me in a sp. no noises, no images, just darkness and inability to move. if i stuggle long enough i will wake up. but my first ld happened when i gave up the urge wake up, and had a false awakening, looked at my hands and realised i was inside of a dream.
      i've attempted to do wild but when i got a strange feeling of my body get heavy and my mind getting dizzy, my heartbeat goes wild and snaps me back to awake.
      again, no images, no noises.
