The Masterlist of Lucid Ideas

I thought it would be a cool if we made a masterlist of ideas of things to do when lucid. All you guys have to do is enter your ideas in, and then I'll enter them into the original post. I'll make a new categories whenever there is three or more ideas that match. I'll make a few to start us off with (and also demonstrate the categories idea.) Vehicles 1. Have a highspeed chase to avoid the cops after a heist. 2. Drive a hovercraft across the ocean. Outer Space 1. Travel into outerspace and visit the moon 2. Travel past the Milky Way 3. Jump into a black hole Post your ideas!

I loved it! I already had a couple of those in my "to do" list. "Environment manipulation" deserves a category, methinks. Here's an advanced task i achieved once. Make the sun rise!! Ha ha! Switching the light on is already difficult. Here's another one: detach (keeping sensitivity) and reattach body parts.

Turn yourself into an animal. I have done this with great success. What animal? How long (in dream terms) did the process take? Did you control and feel some animal extra parts (i.e. a tail)? How did it feel? I'm impressed about the "great success". I'd guess this task would be very difficult to me. I hope i'm wrong. Y hope my thinking that doesn't prevent me from succeeding. So far i have never remembered to try it while lucid dreaming. Actually, the most fun and easiest thing for me to do in a lucid dream is to fly. So my practices are mostly about flying skills. But i have to give other things a try. Animal transformation seems cool!

Animal transformation seems cool! I love horses, and I was into horsebackriding for over 10 years, so my animal of choice is a horse. Bird (I use this for flying, even did so last night) is a good second. I just think about the anatomy of the animal, how their joints work, the length of limbs, extra "parts" (tail etc) and then imagine myself having these parts. Sometimes it works in a blink of an eye, other times I'll have "leftovers" for a while, like clothes for example. However, my field of vision remains the same, and I don't know what my face looks like when being an animal. As a horse, I can walk, trot and canter, even jump. I used to play horse with my friends as a kid, on all fours, so I assume that this helps. And I can wave my imaginary tail around. Having hooves can feel a little... weird... though I sometimes don't really feel them, but I can see them. I'm a natural lucid dreamer, so dream manipulation is usually not that difficult for me. Perhaps I can see if I can write up some sort of "tutorial" for changing your dream body shape.

Wow! Very Castaneda! I'm a natural also, yet i haven't tried so many cool things. :S Usually flying is enough for me, but i've healed, passed through things, had threesome sex, made the sun rise, jumped off a building till i hit the ground, breathe underwater... And i don't remember anything else. So, you feel being in four legs? Do you feel the pressure of your hoofs against the ground? Way too cool!

Hmm... Jab a knife into your head, it feels...odd, and painful. walk up walls walk through walls summmon up your deepest fear, very intense and painful. I was surrounded by black and purple flames giving off no heat. It felt like my body was being literally ripped apart. maybe Hell?

I second trying animal transformation. I've been a shark, some sort of salt water fish swimming throughout those wicked coral reefs, and a wolf. But do not limit yourself their. Animals aren't the only thing you can transform into, i've been an elite from halo, nightmare from soul caliber II, and the wierdest one, a anthropormorphic dragon (that last one was really wierd/scary). About half of those were lucid. And it's a very incomplete list... This is the equivlent to flying for me, since I find it rather boring... I have more fun putting myself into strange contexts (though sometimes it's horrifying lol...). I like to treat my dreams literally as a personal RPG. Also, try finding your dream car. For me it's always around the next corner
