Anyone know where I can find any lucid videos?

I know a great way to get lucid! Just look up loads of videos and stuff, seen as though I am a visual learner I don't really take in text that easily. When I watch videos and go crazy watching them before bed, I dream about it the following night, I'v only experienced this twice though without it being lucid dreaming.

Does anyone know where I can find a load of lucid videos explaining how to get lucid? I'm finding it quite hard to find any, just so I can cram it into my head easier, it doesn't seem to stay there if I read a tutorial.

Actually, there's an idea, videos in the tutorial section!

No but seriously, does anyone know where I can find some?

Won't I just get endless results of Waking Life (explaining how to die of boredum)?

No you'll get endless results of novice lucid dreamers on webcam then die of boredum. But there is some useful stuff there, like the stuff from Stephen Berlin.

Actually, I just saw a video of someone explaining a reality check, he said if you close your eyes and can see your hands, you are dreaming. But if you close your eyes, don't you wake up?

Can you tell me what he meant, please? Lol

He meant that if you're dreaming you can still see your hands if you close your eyes. I doubt you wake up just because you close your eyes.

I heard that closing the eyes when beeing asleep wakes you up.

Not true. In a recent dream, I was in class. I put my head down on the desk, closed my eyes and dozed in and out. Didn't wake up in real life until after class.

I think it can happen, because losing focus on the dream has been known (I think this is from EWOLD?) to make it less stable, even to the point of ending it. But it's not a guaranteed "You will wake up."
