i've had some of my most amazing dreams (in terms of control, vividness, and things going as i want, and being able to do stuff) as a result of false awakening and then actually being able to, yknow, GET OUT OF BED. so does anyone have some good ways of dealing with it when it happens? most of the time i just get the realization that "oh damn it happened again" and the dream will fade before i can solve it

I am a newbie to LD.

Last night, I had 5 or 6 consecutive false awakenings and by the 3rd false awakening I realized I was dreaming. It was strange. I felt strong vibrations all over my body and I could not move my body, but somehow I suddenly could move my body in my false awakenings, but when I tried to get out of bed, I fell into an endless hole behind my pillow into another false awakening. During the last false awakening, I was able to somewhat control the people in my dream. Mind you, I have heard and read about LDing, but I have never practiced LDing or dream logging.

Do you guys think this is close to LDing? Or did I just experience sleep paralysis? Or something? Anything? I'm lost...

      thanks!!
