Hello. I was sleeping a few nights ago. I didn't feel like lucid dreaming last night, so I will say something really weird.

I wake up in my bed. I get a drink of water and walk downstairs. I look like something distorted in my mirror, so I realized I was dreaming. I snap my fingers to wake up. However, I didn't wake up. The same thing was happening over and over again, I realize I am dreaming, I think I wake up, but I really don't. Is this strange?

Everyone has them from time to time.

That's why some people feel that the best time to do a reality check is when you first wake up, so that if you find you woke up in your dream instead of actually waking up in the physical you can turn the dream into a lucid dream.
