Thread: how often do you get lucid dreams

I had my first lucid dream on November 28th, 2007. I haven't had one since, but I will definitely keep trying because the lucid dream I DID have was really awesome.

But like I said in another thread, it was about a month before I had my second LD. Slowly, I started to get them more frequently and now I'm up to a few times a week. I've only just started about 6 months ago.

for me it all depends on how much effort I put into it.
I can have 3 or 4 a week if I really try. lately I havent been putting any real effort in, and because of that, am not having an lucid dreams. at least, any that I remember.
keeping a dream journal and healthy dream recall, really is key.
