Thread: how often do you get lucid dreams

How often do you get lucid dreams once you start your first one?

It depends on alot of things.

How much effort you put in.
On the individual.
What methods you use. (different methods suit different people)
Do you belief you can achieve lucidity. (belief is very important)

I had my first lucid dream on November 28th, 2007. I haven't had one since, but I will definitely keep trying because the lucid dream I DID have was really awesome.

But like I said in another thread, it was about a month before I had my second LD. Slowly, I started to get them more frequently and now I'm up to a few times a week. I've only just started about 6 months ago.

for me it all depends on how much effort I put into it.
I can have 3 or 4 a week if I really try. lately I havent been putting any real effort in, and because of that, am not having an lucid dreams. at least, any that I remember.
keeping a dream journal and healthy dream recall, really is key.
