Thread: Can someone explain what this is?

What are you wanting to know, how much B6 is in V8 and how many cans of it you'd have to drink to get 100 mg of B6?

100 mg is a very very tiny amount.
I doubt drinking 100 mg of V8 would help anything.

If you purchased B6 tablets the front of the bottle would tell you how many MG of the vitamin B6 is in each tablet. If the bottle lists 100 mg that's how much is in each tablet. If it lists 200 mg, that's how much is in each tablet.

Now for V8, I have no idea how many mg of B6 is in it. All it lists on cans is 15% and frankly I'm a bit too lazy to try figure it all out.

Well, apparently 100mg of that helps you lucid dream, so I was curious how to get some inside me, and how to know if it's 100mg.

Give me a moment, I know there was a thread dedicated to v8 and it's effects. Let me find that. Maybe someone in that thread has a recommendation on how much to drink.

I'm guessing they're sold in chemists?

Any good pharmacy should have them in the vitamin section.

Having problems gaining lucidity or are you simply looking to enhance it?

You can get B6 pills is 25, 50, 100, 150, and 200 sizes (I think). In any place with pills and vitamins. Walgreens, CVS, Kroger, HEB, Walmart even. Just look in the vitamin section.

My thing of 100 pills of 100mg B6 costs about $7 I think.
