Have any of you guys had a chance to read this book yet? If not, I would highly suggest doing so. Some people are under the impression that it is a work of fiction, but I highly doubt that since (from what I've read) is filled with a lot of details about lucid dreaming. For those of you who have read the entire book, have you done any of the things in the book? Like focusing on an object and turning it into an object that causes you to gain lucidity whenever you look at it? From the things that I've read, it sounds like it would work if you had enough practice. |
