I constantly used to have this problem... almost as if your dreams are expelling you from them. |

This is a little weird, I have to admit, but it is becoming a serious problem for me when I'm trying to LD. It seems that almost every time I realize that I'm dreaming, I get tackled by some random DC and woken up(usually I don't even see them). It's gotten so bad that now every time I become lucid I think "oh no I'm going to get tackled!" and my fear of it happening causes it to happen. Then even if I can get past the random tackle I usually end up running into a grim reaper type thing somewhere which comes after me and wakes me up. |

The answer is simple. Since you have complete control over what goes on in your head (regardless of whether you know it or not) you must either resist the tackle or tell your DC to gtfo! It's easy to say, but much harder to apply. In short, you must overcome it yourself! Not much we can say. |

I have a similar problem. Because i have been decieved by dream characters before (being attacked) i fear it happening so then it does of course because of the fear it is going to. |

I had a similar problem, or a certain DC alway coming and doing unwanted things to me and ruining my dreams. I had to confront this DC and tell them to stop it. You may want to spend some time thinking about how it will feel to confront the tackling DCs. You don't need to imagine how they will react, just how you will say it and how saying it will feel. Maybe draw some pictures if you are an artist. |

I also have something like that going on, but I invite the problem by antagonizing the DC's, rather than random attack as you are experiencing. |

Sorry for taking to long to respond, I'll address a few of the messages here |

Just an update on my problem, it seems to have just vanished after I posted about it. I've had two LD's since my initial post and none of them featured random tackles or grim reapers. |

I suggest accepting it's going to happen without dreading it. Then once you're about to get tackled, engage the unruly DC in an epic one-on-one duel! The stakes: If you win, the DC leaves you the hell alone. |
