The fact that you couldn't move makes me think that this was just Sleep Paralysis. If you were half dreaming and half awake then it would make sense. Evil presences and other hallucinations, positive or not, are quite common in SP. Just forget about it and don't worry .

Many times when we become frightened in a dream we then begin to interpret these things how we would rationalize them in our waking life. Just the same if you saw a bright light and felt good, you may have seen God.

something similar happened to me once, within one month my house fell down, i lost my job, i got arrested and got paralysed... only joking

there is a condition know as "old hag" that happens to many people during sleep paralysis usually post-sleep. But there have been trans-cultural experiences of the same thing during sleep paralysis, a evil prescence, often actually sitting on the persons chest. Nothing to worry about, at all man.
