Dont know what to make of these vibrations.

Hey guys, just a quick question about something that happened last night: I was lying in bed doing some breathing-relaxation exercises till most of my body felt kinda heavy and numb, but I still didnt feel like I was getting anywhere new with this. So I just twitched my index and middle fingers of my left hand 3 or 4 times, and all of a sudden I felt this weird vibration in the left half of my body. The vibration continued for a few seconds after after I stopped twitching and then started to die down. So I started to twitch my fingers again and I came back. I have no idea what to make of this. Twitching the fingers on my right hand had no effect at all. The vibrations seem to be localized to the left half of my body only.

Oh btw, I think I twitched my fingers because I was reading about some people's experiences with FILD earlier that evening. But I wasnt intending on inducing a lucid dream really... was just twitching my fingers for no reason.

Aren't those the vibrations you feel before a WILD?

Thats what I thought, but why was I feeling them only in the left half of my body and now that Im getting these vibrations, what do I do next ?
