I am a newbie..... But not necesarily because I have beenwndering how to control dreams since i was really young and I just recentl found this website... I am wondering if tonight it is somehow possible for me to have a lucid deam although I have never exactly tried.... I once had when I wasn't concentrating... I was also wondering i it is easy to cotroll when in the lucid stage.... Please reply again
