      Rolling doesnt work.

I have tried to 'roll out of my body' and 'open my dream eyes' numerous times before while WILDing. BUt I end up opening/rolling in real life. How exactly do you do these things properly?

you are not supposed to really roll. you are supposed to imagine and try and get the sense that you are rolling. Eventually you feel like you are rolling or rolling out of your bed. Thats when you open your dream eyes.

      Really?
Damn... I was trying to WILD a few nights ago and got a rolling sensation and was seeing expanding circles of colour. More like a spinning sensation really, like I was on some kind of theme park ride, then it started to feel like I was rocking back and forth. I didn't open my eyes though out of fear of stopping it. I was just waiting for something else to happen. Did I miss my opportunity by not trying to open my eyes?
The spinning feeling and the colours passed after a few minutes and eventually I gave up and went to sleep normally.

yeah you missed an opportunity to WILD lol. after all that subsides, i do a reality check and open my eyes. Usually im dreaming. Try and use those sensations to roll you off your bed. not your real life body but try and get the sensation of rolling onto the ground. Then When the spinning and rolling sensation stop check if you are on the ground or not. If you are on the ground, you are dreaming if not, then you are probably still awake.

      Cheers. I'll keep trying.

Well I wasn't going to stop trying anyway, but now I'm more excited about it
