Thread: WILD problem

I seem to have a problem going WILD. I'm trying to end a dry spell I think this could help. Anyway, I have multiple problems:

1. I shut my eyes and relax, I see the strange lights, but I don''t know if this is SP or something but, when i focus on one of the light I feel like I'm being sucked in with extreme speed, but only for a sort while, I must stare it really hard. The thing is I read posts and guides here and it says not to look at the lights because of concentration, but I think i only SP when I do! So which should I do, look or not look?

2. Ok, I pass the lights and end up in in the bit where the lights move faster, then I have urges to move my feet and shallow, this is really annoying anyway to stop this?

3. How do I know when I've finished my WILD
