Placebo, people without training in tantric sex cannot seperate their orgasm and ejaculation. Notice that I said ejaculation is sometimes the result of orgasm.

While hooked up to moniters which regulated where the blood flows throughout the body, scientist found that LD's or regular dreams show a rush of blood flow to the sexual regions of the body for both men & women. This is one reason it is not unconmmon to have sexual LD's. You are already aroused, hence you think of somthing sexually oriented when you "wake up" in your dream. And also why men wake up with an erection after dreaming.
After adulthood it is very rare to ejaculate during an orgasim. Your body shuts that function of as it does the rest of your physical functions.

I always wake up before I have an orgasm - I call it premature ewakeulation.

***** Just a thought... Some people can switch dream Characters while lucid which would or could give one the ability to become the other sex.

I never had lucid dream sex but in my sex dreams i cant seem to ejaculate I feel I good feeling and get near the orgasm but cant achieve it really frustrating :( maybe if I have a sex LD it will be different!
