There's your problem. Running increases your dream heart's rate. Your dream heart rate is the same as your real heart rate. That puts more oxygen in your system which makes you more awake until you eventually loose your dream. I made that mistake in several of my early lucid dreams. Walk everywhere, it may take you longer to get some place, but you have longer to do it. |

I looked up for some information on OBEs and noticed some similiarities with the dream i had (the sound & waking up to it). |
