      My weird lucid experience...

I am really frightend some times when i am dropping off to sleep. I experience a feeling of drifting up and out of my body and getting out of bed. Eventhough, this frightens me i feel somewhat aware and in control, im also aware i am dreaming, the weird thing though is i cant see verywell, everything looks hazey like bing drunk. Once i relise what is happning i seem to be able to take more control and start to see a bit more clearly. Once i no this i make double sure i am dreaming before i take total control, i do weird things like walking through walls. Once i no for sure im dreaming i take control, and do things like jumping of the wondow to fly, my favourite is jumping over peoples roof tops at night. I can sometimes induce licid dreaming at will, and it always starts the same way as i mentioned above.

I try and tell people of my experiences, they just think it is weird, but i no what i am experiencing, anyone have the same experience as me or similar. Would be nice to hear?

Lucid Dreaming is a dream that you can control. While Astral Projection is your Astral Body coming out of your physical body, and entering the Astral Realm. Google the term "Astral Projection" or "OBE" for more information, I'm sure it won't be too hard to understand.
