If you're lucid for long enough, then try staring at the ground directly below your feet or at another solid object like your hands until everything seems stable. |

Consciousness: that annoying time between naps.
Sig's are for losers
You may want to try to increase the vividness of the dream, but don't overdo it, otherwise you'll wake up, like Chris182t said, look at an object until everything stabilizes (you'll know that this happens when everything becomes clearer to see and you focus your sight), then touch the walls, your hands, etc. to make the dream more vivid. |

Thank you so much for your advice, everyone! I really appreciate it! |

I basically told myself to calm down and relax, because i'd wake up. I looked at my hands I think (cannot remember fully) too. I think what made the dream more stable was telling myself to calm down |

Third one was really short and unstable
Well i've only had two lucids to date... but both times as soon as i realized i was dreaming, i instantly looked at my hands on focused on them. Both times i was AMAZED at how clear things became. I dunno, it works for me. If spinning doesn't work than try another way. |
