So I seem to mostly have lucid dreams when I sleep for the night then wake up for an hour or two then go back and take a nap... just as i fall asleep I just fall straight into lucid dreaming. I assume that this is the point where I'm most lightly asleep but its also the easiest place for me to go straight into lucids. Today I had a really good one for the first time in a few weeks |
