      Question

How many posts do you need to become a lucid expert. I have had about 30 - 40 lucid dreams and I am starting to have them more frequently. I consider my self higher than a novice. Is the magic number 100 posts. Hehe, thanks.

Yep, 100 posts. Try to do it all in 1 night. I got to 200, but everyone was hella pissed. But, they'll get over it. It's like Nike:

      . . . really . . .

Nah, I'm just playin'. I think sarcasm is cool. 8) Try this: If someone asks you in a challenging way, "Are you talking back [to me]?", then say, "No, I'm talking forward." I like using sarcasm and quick wit against people it's fun.

Just thought I'd tell you that.

Problem with making so many posts is that it must be very dificult to keep track of all those threads, so it can be just spouting opinions with little regard for creating dialogue. Forum graffiti?

NB: This is a nice example of "kill the post count/post ranking damnit"

If it is any consolation, I myself never look at what a person is labled as a newbie or an expert. There are LD Gods in here that have not had a Lucid dream. My point is that if your content is noteworthy then most people take note & could care less what your "lable" is.

As far as the count, I do look at that. This tells me wether or not someone has stuck around long enough to be a factor - providing they are not a post whore.

      I agree with Howetzer.
Few hundreds "post whoring" posts wont give you a single LD

They call me a "Lucid Expert" because I like to post a lot. Ive only been here over a month. I have a few LD's every week, but I am by no means an expert. I wouldnt even worry about that ranking. A lot fo Noobs have more skill than I, and they're called lucid begginers,or novice or whatever.

When I'm on this board i consider myself a lucid initiate, anywhere else I consider myself an underappreciated genuis.

You see? Even bullets cannot take down the magic of Mr. Muffin head. Bow...

An idea is something you haven't fully considered.
A belief is merely a repetitive thought.
A conclusion is simply where you stopped thinking.
