Does anybody here have more success with lucid dreaming while having naps versus sleeping throughout the night?
I have had three lucid dreams so far and TWO of them have been while napping for 2½ hours in the afternoon. I don't know what it is, but I seem to be able to remember to perform reality checks easier during my naps than regular sleep.
One thing is for sure, I'm going to try and have more afternoon naps!!
P.S. I am confused about the sleep cycles and dreaming now because I always though you need to be asleep for several hours before you could dream, but I will wake up after only a 2½ hour nap and remember very long vivid dreams (perhaps even lucid ones)!
