      I Took A Nap

      *disclaimer*
Sorry for the long post; I'm not expecting any quick answers, and thanks in advance for reading it all (if you do). I consider myself an intermediate unconscious dreamer, my dreams our vivid and I am aware of them. I have had lucid dreams in the past, but they were randomly created and I consider them sort of, gifts to myself from my subconscious. I just recently have come across lucid dream forums and have been attempting to apply the techniques to attain lucid ness consciously... there have been ups and downs as my mind adjusts....

So I came home today, and I knew that I was going to be out late tonight, and decided to take a nap to compensate for the lack of sleep I will be experiencing.

I set an alarm for +2 hours from when I laid down. I had decent sleep for 1.5 hours of it.. (except for the phone ringing).

Towards the last 30 minutes I had a dream, saw a dreamsign and acknowledged it (yay +1)... when I did this my body experienced a body shiver, or energywave, or something etc, and I woke up. (it may have been a false awakening)

I told myself I acknowledge this dreamstate and wanted to try to get back to lucid... (i've done this before but it was different this time)... kinda like This

I don't know if it was SP or FA or a mix of both, but it was weird...

      *collects thoughts*

i would enter a dream but I would be VERY aware that it was a dream, the DC's i didn't recognize, nor the setting. it made me feel odd. I would try to control, but not to hurt, or disrupt, or be rude, but to just walk or turn etc, and I would get this body shiver, or energywave, etc .... then I would awake, or FA, and lay there and I would see like chat programs with messages back and forth, and i would try to participate, but it would never be really clear....

Then I would enter another dream, in a similiar setting, with the same DC's i didn't recognize... and again try to move etc, but fail... and I would get this body shiver, or energywave, etc

So I tried to figure out experimenting with other things.... so I lay there with my eyes closed FA or not (I wasn't sure), and imagine music (I produce \ work with producers, so this was easy for me)... this worked and calmed me down.. i pretty much produced half song, (intro to build to bassline, to build, to break down, to lead...) but eventually I slipped back into a really intense lucid environment....

slipped out with a body shiver, or energywave, etc...

I was getting frustrated, and so I closed my eyes and focused my mind and got to a point where I knew I was "asleep" but not "dreaming" and screamed... (this was actually kinda interesting...)

Again rinse and repeat, body shiver, energywave, and I end up back to beginning...

I think that I want to ask for help and I recall believing that I didn't "have a voice"... so lay there and chanted, "I will have a lucid voice" over and over until I started speaking while "asleep"... this was again was odd for me...

by this time the 30 minutes was up and my alarm went off. got up, took a shower, headed out....

now I'm here finishing this up and heading to sleep for a quick 3 hour sleep before work....

<input appreciated; this happens alot, was that DILD or WILD, or a combination? etc? common, or rare?>

"“Evil? Good? These are merely words. In the eyes of the universe neither of those exist. There are only three elements, that act as a base for all that you see around. There is Light. There is Dark. And there is the balance between those two. Good and Evil are concepts, used to deny oneself from serving the balance. By serving, you participate in the great creation."
