      confused about RC's

      ok, i still do not totally understand doing RC's. how do you know to perform an RC in a dream, while you're not even lucid???? could someone from experience please fill me in on like how it feels, whats going on in their head... thanks!

      Sure, I'm definatly not an expert on the matter, but the idea is that your perform RCs in your waking life habitually. This gets you into a kind of a routine, so if you keep it up, it becomes compulsory to the point where you're actually remembering to perform them in your sleep.

      Another way to go about it is just to keep lucid dreaming in the back of your mind, and perform reality checks in your waking life whenever anything seems a bit strange. That'll condition you to perform them in your sleep when things are a bit- off. As they tend to be while you're dreaming.

      It's also not really uncommon to perform them randomly in your sleep, even if you haven't been practicing. Basically, your best bet would be to remember to perform RCs during the day, around the house, etc. Good luck
