      Er, no, actually. If you perhaps looked beyond the "it's bullshit" reason you might actually discover that it's more of a joke than a "club". So before saying such a thing I suggest you get your facts right, okay? All it is a little banner. There is no actual 'group', 'memberlist' or whatever else you want to call it. It's just a little banner some people use.

      P.S: I also found a book called 'English Grammar for Beginners'. I thought it might intrest you.
