Intresting "wake dream"

Ok I wake up every morning tired then go back to sleep, its very light but the dreams are really intense, well after I wake up I am able to continue the dream but not controlling it, like I wake up and close my eyes and I can see the dream but it fades out withint 30 seconds to a minute or so, does this happen to anyone else? I think it's kind of cool and its been helping alot with my dream recall 8)

So your able to continue dreaming even after you've waken up (you just close your eyes)? That's really cool, that has happened to me but it rarely occurs (for me).

Happens to me every time I wake up, I just close my eyes and the dream continues in a bit of a hazy state with 0 control as it would if I hadn't have woken up, but it stops within a minute every time, usually about 15-30 seconds.

It happens to me a lot, I even tried spinning around to keep the dream there. Its a weird feeling, when you're mostly awake but the dream's still there...

Happens to me a lot. If I relax, I can see the dream for a pretty long time. Once I tried control , but dont remember how it went :/

Happens to me sometimes, but not recently. It hasn't happened since I started to try LDing. Usually I wake up really fast, and sit up. Like this morning, I had my pants half on and was out the door chasing after some sirens in my neighborhood before I remembered my dream journal. I lost probably a quarter of the dream! When I used to have the "wake" dreams, I had some lucid powers, barely, to push the dream's end in a direction that I wanted...but it was much more concious that regular LD'ing.

If I have time when I wake up I try to continue my dream and control it. Often I go back into a normal dream after a while, but it's still cool when I'm only half-awake because then things seem more real, almost dream-like.... I'm starting to throw out random stuff...I need to go home.... -Amé

that doesn't happen to me...Probably because I wake up really quickly..

yea, i can do that, i just cant make it lucid, not that it would matter anyway, because it wouldnt last long
