I have a two week "override my medication" idea. Tell me what you think.

1. I am cutting out sugar and coffee alcohol and weed (gulp)
2. going to the gym three times a week to keep fit
3. eat lots of brain food
4. have some mugwort under my pillow and some B6 in my blood
5. no snoozing. usually i snooze for up to an hour a morning...i dont know if i can stick to this one but ill try!
6. and a pen and paper next to my bed..

wish me luck

after two weeks if i still cant remember my dreams i give up :-(
