hey all. i kno posted this before, but it's kinda different, but the title still works.

i always have nitemares if i eat spicy food. so i am thinking of tring this. goto bed with some spicy food in my belly. then as i'm falling a sleep, continue to say to myself sumthing like, "when i have a nitemare, i will become lucid". i'm thinking it will work.

thoughts...? comments...? suggestions...?
