      Using Nitemares To My Advantage (Again...)

      hey all. i kno posted this before, but it's kinda different, but the title still works.

      i always have nitemares if i eat spicy food. so i am thinking of tring this. goto bed with some spicy food in my belly. then as i'm falling a sleep, continue to say to myself sumthing like, "when i have a nitemare, i will become lucid". i'm thinking it will work.

      thoughts...? comments...? suggestions...?

      Yeah sure, that may work. Try writing that phrase down a few times, too. I hear that helps.

      sounds good to me. Maybe right before you go to bed, try visualizing yourself in a nightmarish scene and then imagine yourself becoming lucid and then killing off the baddie....do u think that'll help?

      I think you have to be a little more specific. "when i have a nitemare, i will become lucid" wont really work, as you dont realize it's a nightmare till teh end. (or do you? ) :/

      Try incubating dream and it must be something special like vampire flying elephants attack

      Here is a suggestion. Go to sleep. Wake up about 5 or 6 hours later, eat some buffalow wings or some thign, then go and have a WILD on the spicy food. It could work for you!

      This is just my suggestion!
