      about RC's

Im fairly certain that i did an RC last night during a dream. i jumped really high and as i started to come down, i thought, theres no way i could have jumped this high, nor am i going to land it. it scared the crap out of me cause were talkin like a thousand feet in the air and it woke me up, with my heat racing...

does this happen to anyone else? and if so, know any ways to turn that into a lucid experience and like either land it or fly or something cool, rather than wake up feeling like i was about to go splat?

Sounds like it would be better for you to do a different RC... Like the nose plug one.

Jumping high/flying is probably easier when you are already lucid, instead of by a RC. High jumps won't end up *splat* if you take control of it, and slow the descend down.

That sounds scary..you probably should do a less dramatic and less exciting RC. I find the time checking one to be most effective.

      That would be pretty freaky.

Hmm. If you end up a thousand feet in the air again by jumping do another reality check to be sure you're dreaming. Then sprout some wings and soar through the sky and have fun flying.

It's always good to have two or three RCs to try just in case one doesn't work out.
