Hi! Does anyone know if lucid dreaming has a connection with yoga nidra/ yoga relaxation/sleep? Do you think it was inspired or influenced by yoga nidra? Interested in hearing your view points. Thanks |

Not that I know of, I agree with Barns. I fail to see how the two are related but then I don't know anything about yoga nidra. |

Sorry, what I was meaning was by using yoga nidra to change brain patterns which can enhance such therapies as hypnotherapy, is it possible to become more conscious in dreaming and there by living out your life in your dreams the way you would like your life to be and learning how to carry that through your real life? Sorry for the confusion. |
