      lucid dreaming and yoga nidra

Hi! Does anyone know if lucid dreaming has a connection with yoga nidra/ yoga relaxation/sleep? Do you think it was inspired or influenced by yoga nidra? Interested in hearing your view points. Thanks

Your post makes no sense, lucid dreaming wasn't inspired by anything, it just happens naturally.

What you just said is like asking someone if trees are influenced by yoga or if the sky was inspired by relaxation. How can the sky be influenced by relaxation? how can lucid dreaming be influenced by yoga? Natural things do not get influenced.
      You make no sense!

Not that I know of, I agree with Barns. I fail to see how the two are related but then I don't know anything about yoga nidra.

      to clarify

Sorry, what I was meaning was by using yoga nidra to change brain patterns which can enhance such therapies as hypnotherapy, is it possible to become more conscious in dreaming and there by living out your life in your dreams the way you would like your life to be and learning how to carry that through your real life? Sorry for the confusion.
