      Using Verbal Commands to improve your dream recall

      Do you think its possible?
      I've read somewhere, that you can use lucid dreams to help you practice a skill.
      I've also read that Dream recall is a skill.
      2+2=4?
      Anyone Ever done this before.
      Well, anyway, I'm going to try it next time I LD.
