Okay does anyone know how much seratonin you need to affect your dreams a lot? And does anyone know how much seratonin is realeased in milk when you warm it up? Also, I have some cereal ("honey smacks") it apparently has a lot of B vitamins in it, including B6. Does anyone know if having 2 or three bowls of that will affect my dreams? Also, my plan is to have warm milk with that cereal, double combo...
