      I haven't seen anyone bring this up for a b6 source yet. And I'm not familliar with b6, so if this is too much or too little, lemme know.
      I am posting on topic elsewhere for the most part.

      It's not very much, but I'd imagine that staying awake for 5 hours would inhibit REM.

      I actually have some 5 Hour Energy and I thought I'd try it if I found that I was falling asleep too quickly once I went back to bed (WBTB). I wouldn't drink the whole bottle but just a sip or two.. just to wake me up a little more.
