I've got it; I didn't like it nearly as well as LaBerge's "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming". |

You may have lucid dream this night, so 30 nights seems to be pretty a long time. Just read the instructions carefully, each and every word. And try to find out, what they really mean, before you use them. |

I took out the book from the library a while ago, but I had already learned how to LD and the techniques they suggested seemed excessive. If you are really committed, however, then you will most likely have success with the book. I just have lucid dreams without the book. |

Lucid Dreams: 44
Special thanks to maniakalBycikle for the sig!
I think it's a load of crap. Lucid dreaming takes a great deal of fine tuning. You might be able to get lucid within 30 days, being good at it on the other hand took me half a year and I had them on a regular basis. |
